Product Description
HTHP Horizontal Tubular Tape Dyeing Machine
Featured with Pneumatic front door lid, offered HTHP Horizontal Tubular Tape Dyeing Machine is extensively used for dyeing of elastic tape, ribbons, zipper tape, textile etc. Additionally, this dyeing machine is majorly demanded in high productivity textile industries. Our engineers have designed this machine in a way that it does not require overhead hoist for operation. This dyeing machine can be run independently as well as coupled with another one to provide larger batch size. Provided machine can run on various heating methods such as thermic fluid, gas burner, diesel burner and electric heater. Our dyeing machine is equipped with double stage turbopump for liquor circulation with inverter drive for varying speed.
Key Features:
  • Ultra Low MLR of 1:3
  • To create static pressure, machine is equipped with air pad system to insert air manually to minimize the liquor ratio
  • Injection pump with color addition tank for dosing the dye
  • High efficient heat exchanger
  • Variable loading with flexible loading spindles
  • HT Drain–the machine can be drained at 130° C.
  • Sampling Pot to check the dyeing result while machine in operation.

  • Working Platform is not required as the kier in which the carrier is to be loaded is at 1.5 meters approximately
  • HT Drain at 130°C for oligomers elimination during dyeing process
  • Inverter driven turbo pump for variable flow control
  • Variable loading with dummies maintains constant MLR & flow rate
Technical Data:

  • Maximum Kier Pressure 4 bar
  • Maximum Design Temperature 140°C
  • Heating Gradient 25°C - 130°C approx. at 5°C /min. (Dry Saturated Steam pressure at 7 bars)
  • Cooling Gradient 130°C-85°C approx. at 3.5°C/min. (Cold Water of 25°C at 3 bars)
